The Covington Fair is one of the biggest events in Covington, other than the shows hosted in the square. The grounds are mainly a large outdoor arena, an indoor arena, a large fenced field for warm ups, and then a final field for rides that are put up every year.

| Barns
These are the barns... The first stone building you see is Barn A, where the mares in foal. The building that is next to it is Barn B, where the ponies and mares go, and Barn C where the stallions are placed. There is final barn, Barn D, where the fillies and colts who are old enough are placed.

| Indoor Arena
The indoor arena is rather large, though no as large as the outdoor ring; it is 80x80, and has soft dark brown sand.

The three-story white ranch house stands prim and clean on the outside, with sparkling white paint and bright, blue colored shutters and trim. The inside is alright also, except for Cassie's room- which is often off limits for others.
